Medical devices (Law Decree No. 36 of 2009 on health) are instruments, apparatus, machines, implants containing drugs, which are used to prevent, diagnose, cure and alleviate disease, care for the sick and restore the health in humans and or to form structures and improve body function.

Medical devices is the goods, instruments, apparatus or appliance trmsk each of the components, parts or equipment which are manufactured, sold or intended for use in:
Maintenance and health care, diagnosis, cure, peringan / prevention of diseases, disorders or symptoms on the state of the human body.
Recovery, improvement or change in body function or structure of the human body.
